We ship primarily with Canada Post/USPS. We have found this carrier to be
very reliable, time sensitive and cost efficient. We can, however, upon customer request,
use a variety of shipping carriers including UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Greyhound
Our goal is to ship customer orders within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. On
occasion, due to supply or inventory issues, this target may need to be slightly
altered. In the rare instance that an order does have to be delayed, we will
make every effort to contact the customer with details and/or alternate plans
for that shipment.
We accept the following methods of payment;
- Visa/Mastercard phone orders
- PayPal (our paypal account is firstname.lastname@example.org )
- Money Order: (if you are ordering from the USA, please make sure your money order is
an INTERNATIONAL one, as we can no longer cash the "Green" US postal money orders in
Canada) made payable to the above name and address.
- Cashiers check/Bank draft: This is a good alternative to a money order. They
are available at most banking institutions and are sometimes less costly to
- Personal Check: Personal checks should be made payable to the above name and address.
Also, please note, that personal check will delay shipment of your products
by 10 days while the check is cleared for payment at your bank.
